From all of the news reports I heard today I was feeling pretty good about a favorable outcome from the SCOTUS proceedings today. Until I ran across this article.
Reading it reminded me of the OJ trial many years ago. I was 110% sure that the jury in the OJ trial would return with a guilty verdict.
After tomorrow’s hearings the only thing that we can do is pray that Justice Kennedy follows the Constitution.
